Shipping Policies

Care Instructions for Your Tee or Hoodie

To keep your Apparel looking fresh and lasting longer:

• Wash Cold: flip it inside out and use a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Wash with similar colors.
  
• Skip the Bleach: (unless it's non-chlorine and truly needed) — and never use fabric softeners.
  
• Dry Low: in the dryer or hang it up to air dry — air drying is best for long life.
  
• Iron Cool: if needed — always inside out. Don’t iron the design.
  
• No Dry Cleaning: it’s not that kind of fabric.

Return & Refund Policy

GallZen (“we,” “us,” or “our”) produces all items
using a print-on-demand fulfillment process. Each product is custom-made upon order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

1. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is:

• Defective or damaged
• Misprinted
• Significantly different from the product description

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
We offer free returns for products with manufacturing or printing defects.

2. How to Report an Issue

To request a return or replacement for an eligible issue, you must provide:

• A valid order number
• A detailed description of the issue
• Photographic evidence showing the defect, damage, or error

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Products ordered in the wrong size or color by the customer
• Products showing signs of wear or use

5. Color and Print Variance

Please note that slight variations in color, print alignment, or positioning may occur due to the manual nature of printing and screen calibration. These are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.
