Free Shipping

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment.

During busy periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically:

5–8 business days

These delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped. While most orders arrive within this timeframe, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping carriers, customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (where available).

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.

Shipping Destinations

GallZen currently ships to many countries worldwide. If your location is unavailable during checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship to that destination at this time.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we will do our best to update your shipping information.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may require payment of additional shipping costs for reshipment.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. GallZen has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Delivery Delays

Shipping Policies

Care Instructions for Your Tee or Hoodie

To keep your Apparel looking fresh and lasting longer:

• Wash Cold: flip it inside out and use a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Wash with similar colors.
  
• Skip the Bleach: (unless it's non-chlorine and truly needed) — and never use fabric softeners.
  
• Dry Low: in the dryer or hang it up to air dry — air drying is best for long life.
  
• Iron Cool: if needed — always inside out. Don’t iron the design.
  
• No Dry Cleaning: it’s not that kind of fabric.

Return & Refund Policy

GallZen (“we,” “us,” or “our”) produces all items
using a print-on-demand fulfillment process. Each product is custom-made upon order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

1. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is:

• Defective or damaged
• Misprinted
• Significantly different from the product description

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
We offer free returns for products with manufacturing or printing defects.

2. How to Report an Issue

To request a return or replacement for an eligible issue, you must provide:

• A valid order number
• A detailed description of the issue
• Photographic evidence showing the defect, damage, or error

• Products showing signs of wear or use

5. Color and Print Variance

Please note that slight variations in color, print alignment, or positioning may occur due to the manual nature of printing and screen calibration. These are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.
